Anniversary date-night ideas in Koramangala (under ₹3,000)
Three full evenings (venue, dinner, theater, dessert) that fit comfortably under three grand.
Three hours in a private theatre with your partner: no crowds, no phones buzzing, no strangers. Just you two and whatever you want to watch. That's what an anniversary date night at Rosae in Koramangala looks like. And yes, you can do it under Rs 3,000 for the whole evening if you plan it right.
We run nine theatres here in Bangalore's liveliest neighborhood, and every couple asks the same thing: how do I make this special without spending a fortune? So here's what we'd actually do to celebrate an anniversary on a realistic budget using our couple rooms.
Pick the right couple theatre for your vibe

Here are five of our couple rooms that fit this budget, each with a different feel and price point. Prices are per 3-hour slot.
DREAM (Rs 1,748) is built for anniversaries. Two comfortable recliners, the kind you sink into, Dolby sound so precise you'll hear every note, and a 4K screen sharp enough to catch details you'd miss in a multiplex. That price leaves you Rs 1,252 for everything else in your evening.
STELLAR (Rs 1,848) is the room if you want to splurge a little: same Dolby and 4K, recliner seating. It costs a bit more but still leaves Rs 1,152 for dinner.
PHANTOM (Rs 1,597) is a solid middle ground: recliners, full 4K and Dolby, couple-focused design, and you've got Rs 1,403 left to spend on the evening.
CINEPOD PRO (Rs 1,397) is the sweet spot if budget matters. You still get 4K, Dolby sound, sofa seating, and the intimacy of a private couple room. That leaves Rs 1,603 for a proper dinner and dessert.
CINEPOD (Rs 1,097) is the most affordable. It has an HD screen with surround sound, a comfy sofa, couple seating: a real private theatre experience at the lowest price. You'll have Rs 1,903 to spend on food and a nice dessert.
Pick based on your budget and what matters most to you. All five are made for two people; all have full privacy.
What to watch together
You've got 180 minutes. Most films are 120–150 minutes, so plan to arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, start the movie at the 10-minute mark, and you're done by the 2.5-hour mark.
Stick to something you'll both actually enjoy. Skip testing whether your partner likes arthouse cinema; this is the date night where you both want to feel good. Every room has access to the major OTT platforms, so pick a film you've been meaning to watch together. Want to play your own video, like your wedding film? Tell our team first on +91 63617 29855 and they'll set it up. Theatre mode means no ads, full screen, proper sound.
Pro move: If you're the sentimental type, bring a few decorations and your own cake. Decorations and props aren't included, so bring your own or use a vendor you trust.
Dinner in and around the slot
This is where your remaining budget really stretches.
Option 1: Order in the theatre. Outside food isn't allowed, but Rosae has its own kitchen. Scan the QR code in your room, order from the menu, and the food is brought to your theatre door. Order something you can share; dinner for two runs about Rs 800–1,200 (approximate). Eat during the film (the seats make it comfortable) or eat first and save the second half for focus. Alcohol is not allowed at Rosae.
Option 2: Hit Koramangala proper before the slot. If your theatre is booked for 4–7 PM, do a meal at 2:30–3:30 PM at one of the dozen sit-down places within a 10-minute walk. Restaurant hopping is a Koramangala tradition. Go for a casual spot (not fine dining for an anniversary) and keep it to about Rs 600–900 for two. Then roll into your theatre for the film with enough time to settle and chat.
Dessert and the closing moment
After three hours in a private room, you'll want to stretch your legs.
Walk to Cafe Coffee Day or a dessert spot on Koramangala's main strip (about 5 minutes walk). Order a shared dessert (pastry, ice cream, chocolate cake) and coffees. This costs about Rs 300–500 and gives you wind-down time in public after being alone.
Or stay intimate: If you've brought decorations or the vibe is right, pick up a cake or a slice from a bakery on the way in (bringing your own cake is allowed) and cut it before the slot ends. This keeps the whole arc contained and private.
